      Pros

      Flexible schedule, good cowokers, good balance of workload.

      Cons

      Some technology they use is dated, limited learning opportunities outside assigned projects, promotions not really tied peformance. Upper managment has vary vague goals and it doesn't really seem like they understand what the employees do or how to realy improve overall perfomance. Lots of office politics.

      Decent benefits, good gym, good entry level company in your are fresh out of school

      Cons

      No chance for advancement, employees are constantly looking over their shoulders for the next axe to fall. Layoffs are common.
