Pros

Working for the biggest slot company in the world is great, they give good benefit, and work is not so intense. Depending on the cabinet games can be made pretty fast and you won't have to get stuck in the same project for long time. Slot industry is also pretty stable and that's a big plus.

Cons

Since I was in the Vegas office, I often had to phone or email Reno HQ for some stuff. And it is hard to get things done if they tries to ignore you.

Pros

Las Vegas has nice weather

Cons

The pay was bad, the leadership team was incapable of righting the ship and the industry is in dire straights due to the economic collapse of 2007-9.

Pros

They have phenomenal insurance. In general the people are very nice. It is primarily a casual atmosphere (in Reno at least).

Cons

The upper Management and VPs and above are only out for their selves and their high bonuses but cut everyone else's budgets while they get bumps and live the good life
