      Steady company, bad management.

      Pros

      Good benefits, good core group of employees.

      Cons

      While there are a few good managers, there are others that think they are good managers. Some will hold grudges, easy to write you up, but no where to be seen if praise is to be given. Career advancement is very slow. If you are not part of the in crowd, then your career will flounder. Pay is low.

      Pros

      Its a great company to work for. The managers are very co-operative to work with and we get a lot of opportunity to grow with learning new technologies.

      Cons

      Very little training opportunity. Need to be able to learn more through external training's.

      Great Place to Work if You are Starving

      Pros

      There are a few good people left after the scorched earth removal of most that knew the industry and game development. It would be considered a fun industry by some (not me).

      Cons

      Employees moral is low. They have lost many of their prime game developers. The executive management, especially, and some of middle management is very poor. There is little loyalty to employees.
