      Pros

      Flexible working (office/remote) Friendly colleagues and staff, easy to work with Decent remuneration and perks (not the best, but alright) Office locations/Operations worldwide Good work-life balance

      Cons

      Leadership is weak, and getting progressively weaker since acquisition by GTech Frequent restructuring, resulting in down-sizing (adhoc firing) and change of leadership (adhoc promotions); further weakening of the leadership (lack of confidence) Has become short-sighted over the last few years thereby cutting down on innovation investments. It has already started to slide down in Innovation leadership.
