Training on IGT systems; Other company training. Well developed knowledge base. Good benefits for a large organization. Professional looking organization.
Cons
Cut throat co-workers that are not professionals. Very distant managers out of tune with local organization. Most co-workers are out to protect there jobs/pockets rather than performing well for the company. Good old boy network alive and well.
