Pros

Good team. The perfect place when you arrive for the first time in London

Cons

Very low salary, managers don't appreciate your work and contribution to the company. No requirements, no management, no communication... hard to work on these conditions.

Pros

Work with macs, nice coffee machine, interesting projects, multicultural people working. Flexibility of working from home, 25 days of holidays, pretty much it

Cons

Bad or no communications between teams, same requirement are divided different between teams, you do A the front team is expecting for B and no one knows where to find the right information, managers don't give a heck about quality of the software and only works with old stuff. Too bureaucratic, to do simple things takes ages. Managers don't appreciate hard work, some teams has so much disqualified employees with the same salary, that is very disappointing to work with.
