. Great co workers and adequate benefits.

Cons

Worklife balance is terrible. THey expect workers to be away from their families weeks on end trying to install a product that is sub-standard. Upper management is blind to their sub standard product and lack of knowledgable employees to implement it.

Amazing benefits package! Had great co-workers as well as upper management. Many chances for advancement. I hope to see this company start to thrive as it once did. Which at the point the bonuses were fulfilling, as well as the recognition for employees.

Cons

The lays off have been quite devastating...considering that is the fact I am not longer there. Sometimes if you don't know the right people you will be overlooked for a position you are most definitely qualified for.
