Pros

Work with a lot of great people. We generally make some of the best slot product in the market, with a lot of brands that people recognize. We have good benefits and generally OK compensation programs. Facility is new and very nice.

Cons

We have a completely new management team that doesn't communicate at all. None of them are natural leaders, and are trying to create change without the necessary communication and leadership to manage an organization through the change process. No one knows what is going on enough with the rest of the company so that we can be proactive enough to go above and beyond.
