      Pros

      Good community of people working there.

      Cons

      Needlessly re-instituting in-office attendance even for staff that has no reason to be in office. Raises are paltry, and even those are often delayed.

      There are other team members in other departments that are friendly, just NOT in Sales Ops.

      Cons

      The current Sales leader is toxic. She plays favorites, uses profanity, and is fake. She brings the morale down for the entire team. They work you. They don't believe in work life balance. Management does NOT care if you are working on weekends.
