Business Outlook
Pros
Great working relationships, friendly people, good management (in my org), fairly flat structure, flexible working environment, generally low stress while still busy and somewhat challenging.
Cons
Pay is not competitive, employees tend to be loyal given the work environment, but very low chance for promotion unless you change roles. Company is underplaying the (publicly available) financial situation which has caused them to accept a recent acquisition/merger to "clean up" ship and improve profits. Hopefully long-term outlook will be good.
