The bonus amount gets considerably smaller each year. Stock grants are gone for managers. Most managers can't do their jobs while a large minority do not even know their product line. It is very hard to be motivated for even the simplest tasks.

Company lost its way for a few years that led to austerity and selling of the company to GTECH. New company now and a different culture that is more operationally focused than concerned with innovation or being an industry pioneer.
