Easy Work, Great pay!

Pros

Time goes by fast and you are paid very well. The managers pretty much do not bother you as long as you get your work done on time.

Cons

Only employees that have been there for years get the hours. Not much recognition for a job well done. Also employees are not very friendly at times. Nobody ever helps new people.

Pros

You are able to meet so many different people on a daily basis. Even though you're doing the same job everyday, it always throws in a curve ball that throws you off. If you enjoy multi-tasking, and always bring on your toes... this is the job for you.

Cons

You work odd times of the day, and usually do not have a set schedule, because you have to staff according to how busy the hotel is.

It was a great hotel and employee discount was fantastic. The computer system is easy to use and Holiday Inn Corporation is good to work for.

Cons

and the management tried to run but many of these hotels are run by franchise owners that don't know what they are doing
