Horrible managers. They talk behind employees backs, gossip, bully verbally, give dirty looks, and hire their friends for positions. HR does nothing if you complain about treatment. They look for reasons to fire you or give corrections, if the manager doesn't like you. New hires make more money than existing employees. Very high turnover now at this store. There is no life balance, and no open door policy. If you complain, most managers know, and you can forget moving anywhere. They hire externally and people with no experience, instead of internally when coworkers have experience and wait for openings. Can not emphasize the bad treatment of employees. But, if you are part of the right clique of the managers that like you, you can move up fast. New restaurant manager and her newest male team lead, sales, and especially front line cashier team lead, managers..horrible employee treatment. They have job fairs often, as the turnover is very high. They will try to make you quit by how miserable they make you feel, or finally fire you for being 1 minute late, 1 minute overtime, or something else petty. And deny employees that are fired unemployment benefits. This is something I heard MANY times. Would NOT recommend applying here if you want a company that values their employees and feels it is important to treat them right.
