Was once a great company

Pros

Benefits are good for retail

Cons

Do not recommend. They have been systematically removing anyone with experience and higher salary so current management is inexperienced. Store senior management treat people as disposable but expect deep loyalty. CEO is verbally abusive and company culture is toxic. Stores can’t get any stock to sell so sales goals can’t be met and management try to pass the blame to anyone they can.

Pros

PTO is more than fair, employee discount which stacks

Cons

Horrific turnover rate due to poor management. Overworked and underpaid with very little training being given. Wages are far under local retail wages with laughable raises even when considered a top employee in the department. New employees starting at wages higher than the veterans are making.

Pros

Great colleagues, total benefits package, global company, trainings, diversity

Cons

Leaders are not living up to the company values, retaliation and management by fear with some managers, they say one thing but do totally the opposite... No diversity in management positions... leaders have questionable ethics and values
