Pros

The teams are great, most co-workers are friendly and will help you out. Good pay for the job - great perks (yearly bonuses in line with the store's performance), very cheap food and drink at the great co-worker restaurant, loyalty is well-rewarded.

Cons

Can be long hours and you no longer get extra pay for working overtime. Customers can be very stressed and the work is often intense.

Pros

Great, friendly environment with clear opportunities to progress. Coworker benefits in food, travel and discount are brilliant.

Cons

The work place is quite a time pressured environment, with peak times being extremely busy. Areas of the store could communicate better.
