Pros

Good pay, plenty of hours basically if you wanted them you got them, good benefits including health care and discounts in store, tons of opportunities to change departments and grow your career once you're in, generally very friendly

Cons

Very disorganized and way too many managers. Too many cooks in the kitchen is an understatement. Customer service was at the bottom of the list and treated as such, didn't get the support needed, didn't get listened to, and ran through employees like crazy. IF you have a tough customer service skin you'll be fine because IKEA customers are something else, they are pretty horrible.

Pros

Benefits, clean working environment, lunchroom

Cons

The people, I was sexually harassed (the person was fired for his behavior) by a co-worker. I was bullied by the female co-workers and even the shift leaders. It has been 3 years and I’m still scarred by my time there.
