Pros

The benefits are nice, with paid sick leave and holiday hours. They took the covid situation seriously and I was paid for my mandatory quarantine. Coworkers are very friendly.

Cons

The way things are now, employees are very frustrated. We are grossly understaffed, and the rest of us are needing to try and balance the weight of this responsibility, and it wears on us. There are 7 leads over customer service, and you need to talk to at *least* 4 to get anything important accomplished. Upholding policy is very difficult as management does not defend employees or its own policy and instead folds to the demands of customers.

Cons

Too much discrimination, no matter how long you been there,26 years,if your not in with receiving management or hang out with them, you are screwed, you can work your butt off & l mean that,5 trucks unloaded compared to someone else only unloading one truck,of you don't jump.as high as his ego says then you are screwed
