Pros

Flexible hours if you're part time (you definitely have to work nights and weekends though), great benefits, and most of my leads/managers were people I genuinely enjoyed working with.

Cons

Have to have completely open availability to get a full time position and even then they're very competitive, very limited training in job areas before you're left alone, lots of turnover in the customer service department so it was hard to form longterm working relationships with coworkers. Stressful work environment as we were chronically understaffed.

Pros

Ability to grow personally and professionally. Leaders from top down truly care about the co-worker experience. Ability to expand and stretch to projects that give you energy. Ability to grow a career within the U.S. or Globally. Benefits far surpass many others - Parental leave, Pet Insurance, and much more! Continual growth as a retailer. Values work - life co-existence.

Cons

It's private - if it were public I would invest in stock.
