Pros

Frequent pay raises, lots of room to change positions

Cons

Kitchen staff treated like step children at Elizabeth IKEA. They try to low ball you for starting pay rate. No organization most times

Pros

company is reorganizing. Hopefully a pro.

Cons

it is a wait an see , is IKEA going to do and follow up on the right things or just merely pay lip service. So far it is 50/50.Also treat all employees the same not favoring friends.
