Pros

One of the few companies that actually backs up their commitment to safety. We don't turn blind eyes to things just because it would be hard to correct. Unlike other places I've been where the C Suite says something but it's lost by the time you get to the field, this sentiment that safety matters starts at the top and is fully carried through down to the plant level. It shows that the people and their well being are truly more important than the short term profit.

Cons

Expense reimbursement, and that's only a minor thing. I'm only entering it here because it's a required field

Many of the people are nice but most seem pretty miserable.

Cons

Very high turnover. The HR manager told me that in her two years with the company, they had over 50% turnover in our office. The benefits are ok, but not good enough to keep employees happy. Many employees are miserable and hate their jobs but management ignores it.
