Micro manage, family run business, very cheap to the point they watch every penny but it costs them a dollar.

Lack of supervision, easy to get hired due to high turnover, make a decent product but don't know what to do with it.

Cons

Management takes care of their own and walks all over everyone else. The salary is okay but the bonus and commission program is awful, probably the worst in the industry. My boss completely misrepresented (LIED) how much money could be made.

The workload wasn’t very high, benefits are ok.

Cons

2 weeks of vacation and 10 days work from home. However management and their special pets get however many days they want off and work from home when they want. Training was terrible and there were no proper written procedures. Just screen prints. Then they gaslight every situation saying “this should be in your notes”. Management and their pets would regularly belittle and make fun of people. I regularly received threatening and aggressive emails with bold text and highlights. Even got aggressive phone calls from management during off work hours. The long term employees just say that’s how it is.
