Pros

I found corporate engineering department pretty much useless.. no communication from them.. All other employees I worked with are very nice, owners trying hard to develop professional corporate structure.

Cons

Not many levels, so you kind of get stuck for years on same position.. I think HR should develop training / growth program for existing employees

The worst place you can get yourself into

Pros

-No Pros maybe the uniform you get and they wash your clothes weekly.

Cons

-The people there are really old have been working there for 20+ years, they don't like new comers. -The place is trash expect if you're working there to go back home full of dust on your clothes and face. - If the manager puts you in his head, you will get laid off thats for sure. - There are new comers in there, so all the people in there are old and they are all old school work wise. -Management is cheappppp -There is definitely better places to go work, but if you're desperate for a job this is the place to be.
