IKO prides itself on loyalty and taking a long term view which is rare in public companies. It is a truly global organization still managed by family members. The management team is open. There are many opportunities to get engaged in all areas of the business. I work with a great team and everyone that I have met has been interested, engaged and helpful. Overall a great place to work

Cons

There is some inflexibility to vacation when you first join. This could be improved to bring the policy more inline with the industry standard.
