Good people, horrible pay

Pros

The people that work here are great. If I didn't have my co-workers I definitely would have gone insane by now.

Cons

Low pay, minimum payouts. CRM system is garbage. Slow servers, and horrible manager employee interactions. Seriously lacking direction, and terrible at targeting new business.

Pros

Competitive salary, great training program. This company is very diverse in its makeup which allows for a nice world environment.

Cons

Ikon has certainly embraced the 'corporate culture' and there is less connection between upper management and the print specialists then in previous years.

Pros

Field Sales, grat for the resume and expirience. Professional training, respected by hiring managers outside the industry in sales. "if you can sell copiers, you can sell anything".

Cons

Commodity business mostly. poor direct management, low margins and comp plan has gotten weaker in my three years
