- Great Work/Life balance. - Management is helpful and responsive. - Always willing to provide additional training and support to drive employee growth and development. - Wide variety of customer applications that make every day unique and exciting. - Solid PTO and benefits package.

Cons

Fast paced. You have to be able to learn and adapt quickly to keep up with new software innovations and industry demands.

Pros

Everyone seemed so happy. IMAGINiT is filled with genuinely caring team players (for lack of a less cliche phrase), but it is simply authentic. I also received value at each interview step and felt as though we were working together to solve a problem rather than an evaluation of my skills.

Cons

Health Care Benefits seem lower than expected, but I have not completed on boarding yet.
