Uncapped earnings potential; Best On-Boarding, training and support teams I have ever encountered; a company that is moving ahead of its competition!

Cons

The first several weeks were like going back to college, so much to learn and absorb. I was determined not to fail and that was the best decision ever! Internal paperwork, calls, reporting can be cumbersome at times, requires a commitment to staying on top of your internal and external tasks.

Strong culture, focus on employee development and customer, everyone willing to go the extra mile to ensure you have the support you need to do your job as effectively as possible. One of the best On-Boarding programs I have seen in my many years of working.

Not been with co. long enough to find a con.
