IMC Trading reviews

A few people could need to be axed but they continue to be employed here.The manager are not all of the same calibre and some just cannot communicate.The ones I deal with are just bad and need to be replaced.A Dutch versus the rest culture where the Dutch are given seniority, priority, and management decision making over others.

The biggest complaint I have is the Management of this place. Different people will define management differently. I do not mean the person who manages me (who is great btw). I am talking about the so called Management Team which is made of people with little to no management experience (no MBAs, not prior work experience, no concept of strategy, no communication skills, limited vision, not dynamic etc). Only reason there are in the Mgt Team is because they happened to employed at IMC since the beginning. What they need is people with experience who have managed before and have not spent their entire career at IMC. Once this is solved, the place has potential. Until then, the Mgt team will continue to destroy whatever can be good about this firm.
