Pros
nothing... they take advantage just because they "apply for your green card"
Cons
1.- They took the first month of payment, let say that if you started working from January 1, they will pay you till Feb 15 they "retain" 1 month from your salary I think that's kind of illegal. 2.-They start paying you till you get a project, if you don't have any project they just don't pay you 3.- in the case you already got a project, but the contract ends you fall into bench, and they reduce your salary to $1400 which is less than the minimal wage. (that's illegal in the US). 4.- In case you get a project in different places of US and you have to relocate, they don't pay any relocation, you have to pay for everything. 5.-They just put a 50% of your medical insurance but if you have dependents they don't put anything for them, you will need to pay the 100% of their medical insurances. 6.-They don't have any pay time off, no vacations, only holidays.
