We thank you for the review. We take pride on being a small company. Majority of the companies in USA are small businesses. We are not sure how being a small company has affected your employment with us. If you have specific concerns, please email to hr@imcsgroup.net. I am updating this review on Feb 27, 2021. It is 3 years after this posting was done. Your posting inspired us to do well. You recommended people not to work with us. However, We have more than 400 employees spanning across India, Mexico, Canada and USA. We did extremely well. We have also done lot of CSR activity and contributed to the society.
