- Laid back culture - Management are approachable - facilities and benefits are excellent

Cons

- management, particularly those from stateside can be very hostile and at time its like a gentlemans club. - Company tries to apply US behaviours and way of business (very hostile, forceful and volatile) across business as a whole, dos not work. - More local business knowledge and cultural understanding required.
