Senior executives are too self confident and make mistakes. There is not in place a fair people review system. Each senior executive rules on his/her staff.

I was lucky enough to have a great team, the culture at IMG is really good with plenty of extras. Plenty of scope to pick up additional work if wanted.

Cons

Could be somewhat repetitive and slow. Pay is average to low. Little room for advancement...need to wait for someone to move on or change to happen.
