This place looks great on a resume. The crap that you may have to deal with isn't as bad as putting IMG on your resume

Cons

There were really no downsides persay, I mean you're gonna work really hard, but they pay you well, and the experience is priceless.

Strong heritage and brand name. Competitve salaries at senior levels only. Many experienced employees that have knowledge of sports marekting.

Cons

Has not keep up with a changing workplace and client environment. Very old school, rests on laurels instead of seeking new ways to improve company.
