Impak gives you opportunities to grow in the company as long as you are motivated, focused and ready to learn, regardless of your skill levels. As a fellow Warehouse Associate I worked my butt off and engaged myself to learn everything I possibly could. Because of that i was promoted to the office. Employees are very helpful and team players. There are tons of opportunities here and a great place to work. Lets not forget the Bonuses!!
