      High-Expectations, but High-Level of Support & Opportunity

      Pros

      Great opportunity for growth and advancement. Management will let you try different areas of the business and work with you to carve out a position that matches your skills and interests. People are very team-oriented and always willing to jump in and help. You can move up quickly especially if are able to show measurable results of your work.

      Cons

      Higher-level positions come with high expectations but the salary is matched to it, and the support is always there. There's a lot of opportunity to learn and move up quickly. Even those who haven't been a match for the company culture leave with a great deal more experience, knowledge and know-how than when they came in. Many of them have actually returned to the company after realizing the opportunity.

      Pros

      IMPAK is a company full of opportunities , There is always potential to move up the ladder . Friendly environment , great staff . If you want to work 365 days this is the place to work for .

      Full-Time 1-year Very Disorganized, High Turnover

      Pros

      They promote from within. A lot of room for growth. Bonuses

      Cons

      Too much paperwork. The owner has been sued a couple of times in the past 10 years and wants to account for everything which is good but causes a lot red tape. When something goes wrong, which it does often, they look for blame more than solving it. If you were promised a raise then get it in writing or they will come up with a situation to prevent that from happening. There's a very big turnover rate in a small amount of time. Turnaround for orders is way too long it takes 3 - 5 days for something to ship. Need to hire more people to handle the tasks, but don't want to shell out the cash. Need to be more competitive with Amazon and have an automated system.
