      Pros

      Proactive CEO who is genuinely invested in sales reps’ success. Good pay. Wide variety of customers who actively need your product - easy sales if you learn the technical side of pouch manufacture.

      Cons

      I see a few reviews from people who were clearly unable to follow CEO’s directions - I found our communication to be clear and concise. Be prepared to follow orders.

      Pros

      I've been with the company a little over a month. I am new to the packaging industries and I had no prior training/experience in the packaging world. Being new to the industry I was given goals to reach with the help of managers and co-workers. I started out as a receptionist and is currently advancing into full time sales representative positions. The CEO was very resourceful in providing all of the materials that I needed in order to become more successful/valuable team player for IMPAK corporation. Unlike some of the other reviews here, I found our communication to be clear and easy to understand. I have learned how to interact with my customers and how to effectively communicate with others. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for entry level job that is fast going, continuously learning, never any dull moments, and so on.

      Average pay, besides that minimal

      Cons

      The CEO constantly rules through a climate of intimidation and fear, the customer satisfaction is minimal, and regardless of the job the CEO will micromanage. Seems like all jobs, positions and titles are just there to pet the CEO’s ego. Company has minimal growth, regardless of work ethic.
