      Pros

      Impak is a collaborative and fun environment that encourages the exchange of new ideas, lots of flexibility and room for growth. The willingness to learn is rewarded with yearly bonuses. I have worked for Impak for 4 yrs. and have grown my sales #’s year after year with the assistance of the director of the machine group and the CEO. The ability to increase your pay with variable compensation plans. (commissions)

      The demanding culture and high expectations, but WHEN these expectations are met the rewards will follow.

      IMPAK is the best place to learn and grow. They push you to be the best that you can be, IMPAK also has good advancement opportunities and supportive team members.

      There is no healthcare insurance available yet. A person can work in different areas beyond their department.

      A great place to learn

      Pros

      I have been working at IMPAK for more than a year as a mechanical drafter. I primarily focus on assisting my team in producing and developing custom equipment. But I was allowed to learn a different aspect of day-to-day business operation, which helped me understand the required skillsets to do my job better. Even though I accepted the offer in Q4, 2019, the management included me in the Fall 2020 bonus program.

      Cons

      The company has a unique way of dealing with customers and suppliers. It requires a great deal of attention and focuses on learning the IMPAK WAY, which may present challenges.
