      Pros

      Coworkers are very cooperative with minimal-to-no conflicts since I've been here. The CEO is very invested in the growth and development of the employees and will often go out of his way to help others in the company along with being very flexible with schedules and when unexpected problems arise.

      Cons

      CEO is directly involved in multiple things which can sometimes result in miscommunications or delays when other coworkers aren't looped in

      Pros

      I started as a maintenance worker helping with setting up pallet racks and taking old stuff/junk out of the building. I showed my dedication and hard work and eventually moved all the way up into a Supervisory position. If you show up every day ready to work and take on any of the challenges the owner throws at you, you will be taken care of. Invest your time in the company and the company will invest in you! The employee profit sharing plan is great too. They put $ into a 401k plan and you don't have to put anything into it at all! This is another aspect of the company investing in its long-term employees!

      Cons

      No health care currently, although there was some talks with a provider in the past few months. Hoping this comes through.

      Pros

      Very busy office, time passes quickly. My colleagues are are very supportive and we all work together to further our abilities for ourselves and our customers.

      Cons

      Stressful when the calls continue to come in while working on other tasks that must be completed quickly and customer needs.
