      Opportunity for growth

      Pros

      There is always an opportunity for growth and tons of promoting from within. Because employees are cross trained in other departments, it provides even entry level employees with a lot more skills and knowledge than the average entry level job elsewhere could provide. If there’s a position you’re interested in, there is an opportunity waiting.

      Cons

      It can definitely be a fast paced environment (pretty hard to find a job that isn’t) but it certainly doesn’t go unnoticed by management. If you’re struggling, the support is there, it’s just a matter of asking for it.

      High-Expectations, but High-Level of Support & Opportunity

      Pros

      Great opportunity for growth and advancement. Management will let you try different areas of the business and work with you to carve out a position that matches your skills and interests. People are very team-oriented and always willing to jump in and help. You can move up quickly especially if are able to show measurable results of your work.

      Cons

      Higher-level positions come with high expectations but the salary is matched to it, and the support is always there. There's a lot of opportunity to learn and move up quickly. Even those who haven't been a match for the company culture leave with a great deal more experience, knowledge and know-how than when they came in. Many of them have actually returned to the company after realizing the opportunity.
