Wonderful Small Business that has great potential

Pros

Working remote, competitive pay, great amount of time off. you start off with 2 weeks PTO, 40 hours of sick pay and 10 paid holidays. If the company hits good numbers they give you a Christmas bonus . The work life balance is great. You work with great people Top sellers make crazy good money

Cons

Only reason I left was because I received an offer I could not turn down. The company offered a vast amount of shares and IMPRES is too small for that now. they do offer profit sharing to your 401K which is ok but I am getting older and looking for added benefits on that end

Sales gets paid 60 days after invoice CTO is making unmarketable solution and wasting company time and resources
