Pros
The pros are that they are remote, and the benefits are good that's it. This company has the potential to turn things around but you need a couple of HR professionals, not just one person doing everything. This company would do great if they hired a company to train "managers".
Cons
There is no real diversity, micromanagement, onboarding, or training, but you're constantly chastised for doing things wrong in front of your coworkers and in private, and the rules change depending on who you speak to—no authentic leadership or guidance from management. I felt bullied, and I think I was hired for "culture" or "diversity," not for my skills. The Micromanagement was unbearable. When I voiced my concerns to HR, it wasn't taken seriously. Please proceed with caution. There is a high turnover with this company for a reason.

Pros
Working remote, competitive pay, great amount of time off. you start off with 2 weeks PTO, 40 hours of sick pay and 10 paid holidays. If the company hits good numbers they give you a Christmas bonus . The work life balance is great. You work with great people Top sellers make crazy good money
Cons
Only reason I left was because I received an offer I could not turn down. The company offered a vast amount of shares and IMPRES is too small for that now. they do offer profit sharing to your 401K which is ok but I am getting older and looking for added benefits on that end
