Pros
I've been on board over a year and from my experience IMPRES offers a collaborative environment with a considerate senior level team that is interested in everyone's contribution. Although collaborative, it allows the opportunity to manage your role independently and make a difference. It's a great place for a self-starter, former Military veteran, Dod or Civ employees to lend their agency or mission experience in a corporate environment especially in a sales role.

Great for a self starter and someone dedicated to their career/growth but not an environment if you're not interested in a hard charging but rewarding environment.
