Management is very supportive of your ideas and suggestions and they have flexible schedule. The company offers good benefits, and also provide additional training to continue learning new skills. You get to work with some great people from all over the world.

Cons

There is a lot of work, and long hours of work is required to meet the project deadlines.

You can relax here because they do not upgrade themselves and keep safe distance from new technology. The less you know the more your chance for promotion.

Cons

Very bad work environment. No scope to learn. So much politics, can't determine is it a IT company or political party.
