Great company that cares for employees, great culture and people that want to do the right thing for customers, and the company is an IT company so is open to flexible work schedules (as long as customers' needs are met or exceeded).

Cons

There really are not any cons that I can think of; much of their work is as a contractor to the federal government, so is subject to federal budget cycles and contracting. INDUS grew out of the small business status, so now competes as a large business.

Good place to work with . Nice management . No problems really .

Cons

Hard to receive raises or move up. It takes alot of time to receive benefits.
