The project managers were very good about engaging with the contractors they managed. Communication was encouraged.

Cons

Once a new employee began working at the client site, there was very little involvement with the company outside of the staff for the client site.

Incredible communication, great new initiatives through Social media and other corporate tools, and continuing corporate growth. Diversity is a great focus and management gives top priority to quality and zero-defects every single time. Very impressive.

Management can be too nice!
