Chaotic. Disorganized leadership from both a site level and corporate level. Asked to do multiple jobs not within your description due to employee attrition and management's refusal/inability to backfill those roles left open. Almost impossible to receive a promotion or salary bump. Bonuses almost nonexistent when even one area of the company is struggling, even if your team/group/country is performing well.

First off start with nepotism does not help the work place. Very judgmental place to work, if they don’t like you, you will be ran out of this place. They hired someone to help with HR duties but found out later they hired this person for me to train for my job. “Don’t that seem weird if I can’t do my job very well, why would I train my replacement?”
