Cons

High volume, title does not match position. You are a number, not a person. Terminated without warnings or conversation with chance of improving. Did not provide measurable goals but terminated for not meeting an unknown goal. Reason for termination was not doing job, so have to fight to get unemployment benefits. (2 persons confirmed). State found terminated without cause.

-Not micromanaged -Fairly low stress

Cons

-No leadership/direction -No training -No flexibility concerning work from home (100% on site) -Difficult to get promoted -Unwillingness to adapt to changes or invest in better structure, support, ERP systems, trainings, resource/reference material -Very disorganized -Unable/unwilling to backfill positions of employees that have left, forcing current employees to take on extra tasks and roles outside of their job scope without additional compensation or benefits, even after yearly reviews.
