Work from home hybrid schedule. Good compensation. Annual bonus for all employees.

Cons

Favorites are promoted. Based on personality not necessarily work performance. CSA workload is very demanding.

- Lack of process control SMEs, or a central engineering team (see, EMTEC) - Base compensation is not competitive with other companies in similar sectors - High resistance to standardization of engineering standards/practices.

Very clean facility and you’ll work with a group of people with a great team concept.

Cons

Pay no longer keeps up with cost of living based on CPI and COLA reporting. Bonus structure for the majority of essential personnel is half of what management receives. Plant manager micro manages to a fault.
