Cons

Lack of communication from leadership causes a sense of uncertainty in day to day activities. This also results in lots of frustration and rework that could be avoided with guidance.

Pros

The local management team is a great group of people that do their best to keep a family atmosphere, however, that can be a bit of a struggle due to decisions that come down from corporate INEOS. The pay is rather rewarding and the benefits are decent.

Cons

The management staff runs a very tight ship when you get up above the local level. The company has made it very clear (in their own words), that you can "fit in or **** off." I'm not joking - It's literally in their own book that was given to all INEOS employees.
