I didn't see serious problems. In principle, you can complain about everything and everywhere.

I love the open space environment and the team that I work with. The company is building trusting and warm relationships with employees and this is really valuable. Also, I like that there is room to grow and some space for creativity. No one micromanages you, but you always have a person to come to with a question or for advice. They have been doing great with the office parties and teambuilding events and always open to new ideas and suggestions.
