Mature organization with hard working employees Open and transparent culture at most layers of the organization, including senior levels Salary is competitive with other FSIs in the market, upward mobility was fairly good
Cons
Decision making was sometimes slow, especially for strategic initiatives Failure was not always openly discussed and "encouraged" to learn & prevent future failures Politics and organizational bureaucracy was an obstacle at times, causing unnecessary work
